Client Services Manager
In her role as client services manager, Jenni is the first point of contact clients have with our team. Her first and foremost responsibility is to see that clients receive the attention they deserve and that their experience with us exceeds their expectations. As the latest member of our team, Jenni brings energy, organizational skills and attention to detail. Originally from Nashville, Jenni attended the University of Tennessee where she studied communication and information technology. Today, Jenni resides in Nashville with her husband, Taylor, and the couple’s two rescue puppies, Peyton and Eli. In their spare time, they enjoy being outdoors with their dogs, playing sports, volunteering for the Special Olympics and fostering an occasional puppy that needs extra care and support before adoption.
