Client Services Manager
In her role as client services manager, Jenni is the first point of contact clients have with our team. Her first and foremost responsibility is to see that clients receive the attention they deserve and that their experience with us exceeds their expectations. Jenni brings energy, organizational skills, attention to detail, marketing, and technology. Originally from Nashville, Jenni attended the University of Tennessee where she studied communication and information technology. Today, Jenni resides in Nashville with her husband, Taylor, and the couple’s four rescue dogs, Peyton, Eli, Goose, & Scooby. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, playing sports, volunteering for the Special Olympics and fostering an occasional puppy that needs extra care and support before adoption.
